Yes, I know, and it was planned for June 1st. What I was wondering is if she went on her own, since it was early. A C Section may not have been necessary, in that case. Sometimes that happens. Just wondering if that may have happened.boogbot wrote: art's mentioned over the months that she would be having a c-section.

Yes, IvyQ, the mitts are to prevent accidental scratching. It's often very hard to cut those tiny nails -- the slightest edge could damage eyes, skin, etc.
My daughter had mitts built into her sleepers (the hands could easily slide out of little slits near the wrist area). In just a few weeks the nails are much easier to cut due to baby's growth, but in those first few weeks, mitts are just the thing!

She is...
Just BEAUTIFUL! Yes, Wave...a very special little girl. I believe she will one day take over for Art and have a very popular radio/internet/satellite (whatever the mode of communication will be then!) program that will be a spiritual haven.

Lil' Asia Rayne Bell'...
For those of us that have followed Art on his life's journey...
You may also feel that too.
I mean beyond' very special.
Yes I see that in her face.......something very special about her.
About the mittens. My kids are 37 and 39 and they had mittens and gowns that had built in mittens. They are for those early weeks when the nails are razor thin and razor sharp.

Re: Asia Bell
Hi Carl, and Thank you! You have answered my question. I bet she is even cuter in person, isn't she?! And so cuddly! I just love new babies, so precious. I have a new neice also, she's 2 months old today, but she's in NYC so I have to wait til August to see her. I can't wait!:)KB5FJX wrote: Asia Bell was delivered by C-section and birth weight was 8.5 Lbs. By the way hello to all…
