Only a fool would deny that what is happening in the Demokrat Party at this point is nothing short of a civil war. And what party in American political history ever won the Presidential election in November when it was in a state of civil war?
Too much is happening too quickly and too massively in too many places. The country is starting to become unglued on the most basic level.

Sigh....
All hope is lost.
Can you hear America's death rattle, as she gasps for her last breath? I most certainly hear it.
Perhaps the time has finally arrived for my family to pack it in and join the growing number of ex-pats.
I can't bear to watch another moment of this unstoppable bloodletting - of the Democratic party.
joequinn, you are correct. Prepare for Cap'n Jack.
Those who disagree - are in for the rudest awakening of their lives.
God help us.

With Bill in the White House again, twiddling his thumbs (and who knows what else) it will be Billy Carter all over again...
Yes, that is better than 8%. That's what it was when I posted prematurely. I thought for sure he would close the gap as the night wore on, not widen it.

The last lines of the "John Adams" HBO series had Adams begging that future generations not squander/waste what he and others worked so damn hard to build. (I tried to find the actual quote on line but couldn't.) Anyway, just think what Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Franklin -- what all those men went through to create this country. And now look....
