I would like to dispel the notion however that I picked him for the show, I did not.
Certainly not what I understood when it happened...

Art Bell: Dark Matter will NOT be a Political show, I will leave that to everybody else. Dark Matter will be EVERYTHING else. Politics is simply no longer relevant to anything important in my life. As for competition, it makes everybody better. This is going to be fun!

Art was under contract to say whatever Premiere wanted him to say when it concerned his replacement. Who would give Noory a chance without Art giving him a thumbs up?

Mike Sigel was a better host than Noory. And Mike did an all night cat show. Really, he did. I was saying to myself "WTF, this has to be a joke".

Interesting. I do hope he tells the story.

I love his new website - bumper music is there with the song I loved by the Flirtations and the aluminum foil spoof commercial is funny.

It is going to be interesting to see which new guests Art turns up in addition to those who return.

I wonder if Whitley will be coming on as often as he used to.

That was a post from Art. I said that underneath! Whhaaaattt!:D

I just now changed it so it would be clearer. HAHA

Plus if I had a show it would be called (according to some): Pure Loco. Whhaaaattt! :crazyjump

But seriously, thanks for saying that, BenSlain. When I posted it I was in a hurry so I didn't bother with the quote block. Should have. Didn't. Until now.

By the way, I also found out that another person has a similar named show as well.
It's called: Dark Matters with Don Ecker.
He doesn't appear to be all that thrilled.

Even George Noory was the host of a DVD series titled "Dark Matter" a few years ago.
Here is a trailer on youtube, and the title shows "Dark Matter hosted by George Noory":

Wouldn't they copyright or trademark a title like that and shouldn't a big company like Sirius/XM do a search on the title to ensure it wasn't used recently by other hosts?

Geez, you'd think it was an awesome title or something.

I mean, he has to have done this on purpose. "I don't believe in coincidences" :)

It sounds better than "Yeah I know you used it, but I'm screwing with you the way you screwed with me, so get over it." :D
