Hillary Clinton Blames Bernie Sanders for 2016 Election Defeat in New Book

Post by kbot » 09-05-2017 12:10 PM

Snippet:

Hillary Clinton's new book about the 2016 election, What Happened, isn't set to be released until September 12, but a number of excerpts from it have recently been made public by people who received advanced copies. On Monday night, the founder of CauseWired, Tom Watson, tweeted a page that contains some of Clinton's views on Senator Bernie Sanders, his impact on her campaign and the election more generally.

In the passage Watson shared, Clinton seemed to blame Sanders for many people viewing her as too cozy with Wall Street.

"Because we agreed on so much, Bernie couldn’t make an argument against me in this area on policy, so he had to resort to innuendo and impugning my character," Clinton wrote.

I dunno......... sounds like splitting hairs. HRC seriously can't criticize the GOP candidates and their business/ Wall St connections and not expect to be treated the same in return.

Never once has Hillary laid any blame on herself or her campaign. I'm sorry, but she didn't offer the industrial states any hope - even Obama said as much. Her focus was bicoastal and al of the sub-classifications of victims. Sanders came from out of nowhere and very close to winning. HRC only needs to look in the mirror to see why she lost and stop blaming everyone else........ That a large chunk of the US preferred an avowed Socialist to her speak volumes about her likeability and trustworthiness. She just can't seem to accept that.

Kbot, do you really believe that the soulless, psychopath, called Hillary Clinton is going to get up one morning, with a Smile and Conscience?

Perhaps humans should grow up a bit and stop redecorating people into something we would like them to be, and see them as they are.

No I don't believe it for a second, but I would hope at least, that people generally would come t the realization that her very selective jaundiced vision which did (some would say to a large degree) discriminate against a number of people, while claiming that she was championing the rights of others. True as that may sound, from a certain perspective, she really alienated a LOT of people along the way, and Trump to his credit recognized this and swept in.

Let's look at "women's rights" for a (I know) very volatile example. Hilary is a take-no-prisoners, offer-no-quarter champion of abortion on demand. What she fails consistently to appreciate is the rights of the developing fetus. I don't want to get bogged-down in the abortion argument, but to point out that Trump recognized this and took the polar opposite view, and in the process swept-up Evangelicals and conservative Catholics. Whether Trump "does" anything to placate these political allies remains to be seen, but I certainly don't expect Hillary to come to any epiphany where she suddenly comes to the realization that her position to "emancipate" a woman's life choices via abortion rights infringes upon the rights of the developing (and ironically) potentially female child.

Personally, I don't think that she wants to think that deeply as it would detract her from her goals.

I have t give Trump props for spotting Hillary's political enemies and bringing them to his side - Bernie played one-upmanship and stripped away a good portion of her voters, but Trump gave her detractors and ear and a potential champion, and these voters already knew deep down inside that their values would never be given a second thought under her administration. I think that many see (or hope at least) that on Right to Life issues, people such as Ryan and Trump can work together.

Hillary Accuses Matt Lauer Of ‘Pointless Ambush’ In NBC Forum

Post by Riddick » 09-07-2017 03:32 PM

In her new memoir What Happened, failed Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton has blamed everyone but herself for her stunning loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 election, even lashing out at her allies in the liberal media. In the book, she reveled that she was “almost physically sick” with rage at Today co-host Matt Lauer following his interview with her during NBC’s Commander-in-Chief Forum one year ago.

Recalling the event in her self-serving account of the campaign, Clinton ranted: “Lauer had turned what should have been a serious discussion into a pointless ambush.” Why was she so upset with the morning show host who usually provided her a friendly forum? Apparently he asked too many questions about her e-mail scandal.

Lauer was surprisingly tough on Clinton, asking her at one point: “You were communicating on highly sensitive topics. Why wasn’t it more than a mistake, why wasn’t it disqualifying if you want to be commander-in-chief?”

One wonders why Clinton would feel blindsided by such obvious questions about a major scandal during a forum designed to assess her fitness for office.

Kimmel Mocks Clinton ‘Taking Responsibility’ In Upcoming Election Memoir

Post by Riddick » 09-07-2017 03:39 PM

Wednesday night, the late night comics had a field day mocking Hillary Clinton for her upcoming memoir on the 2016 election entitled, What Happened. ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel and CBS’s Stephen Colbert mocked the book as pointless, taking several shots at Clinton for making excuses. Kimmel in particular called out Clinton for not taking responsibility for losing the presidential election.

While Donald Trump usually preoccupies the late night monologues, Kimmel and Colbert managed to spend a few minutes taking aim at Clinton, towards the end of their show openers. Kimmel had the snarkiest take, joking that Clinton’s book after the fact was about as pointless as “reading a book about why the Titanic sank while you’re sitting at the bottom of the ocean.” FULL STORY

May be, the tide is turning on the "Goddess " of evil? IF, that can happen, perhaps, the lefties will get tired of the "whiners" among them and there are a LOT of them! What's is in "Fashion" is very important to "surface feeders" their "popularity" and being part of the herd is very very important. But what if the "herd" changes direction, ever so slowly? We can only hope!

I don't know what HRC wants - when a competitor "does something", whether Sanders or Trump, she wants the media all over the story. With her, she wants a pass. Unlike Trump. HRC has a long public record, and while she certainly made many friends, she also showed what life would be like under her nanny thumb, and a lot of people didn't like the visual.

This list is dated (since June 1st..........), but it will be interesting to see whether HRCs paranoia has gotten worse since this list was first made public.

Here's a List of Everyone & Everything Hillary Has Blamed for Her Loss

Hillary Clinton has put forth a formidable list of culprits for why she lost the 2016 presidential election.

The Fox News Research team totaled up the excuses and found a whopping 24 items!

At an appearance yesterday, Clinton continued to blame Russian interference and fake news and dismissed the email investigation as a factor.

The list so far also includes the FBI, former FBI Director James Comey, people who assumed she'd win, the Democratic National Committee, the New York Times and fake Macedonian news sites.

Clinton also threw Netflix under the bus yesterday, claiming its conservative documentaries undermined her campaign.

Time Honors Hillary With 'Firsts' Interview...And She Bitterly Blames Sexism, Comey, Russia

Post by Riddick » 09-11-2017 04:27 PM

The largest spread of text and photography -- a two-page spread -- in Time magazine’s September 18 issue devoted to “Firsts: Women Who Are Changing the World.” was for Hillary Rodham Clinton, the first woman to win a major party’s nomination for president.

The pull quote was inspirational, in powder blue, at the top of the page: “I don’t want anyone to be discouraged by my defeat. We can’t give up trying.” But the picture looked like she just walked away from a burial site, and her interview response was a bite of bitter melon about Jim Comey and Russia ruining things. PIERS MORGAN: We All Know What Happened, Hillary...

Post by Riddick » 09-14-2017 01:30 AM

You're A Loser! Now Get Over It & Give The Rest Of Us A Break

'What happened?' is the title of Hillary Clinton's new 464-page book.

The answer, it transpires, is the most whiny, self-pitying, deluded load of literary claptrap written since Kim Kardashian's 'I was empowering women' defense for posting naked bird-flipping selfies.

By the time I'd finished wading through Hillary's absurdly self-indulgent tome, I felt like I'd been lowered into a large vat of violently indignant, furiously self-justifying, boiling mad spittle.

This is the tormented, tragic work of a spurned woman who never thought she could possibly lose to Donald Trump, a man she considered her inferior opponent in every possible way imaginable from intellect and political experience to credibility and popularity.

Such was Hillary's self-confidence she would win, it emerged this week she even paid $1.6 million for the property next door to her home to house her Secret Service detail once she was elected.

Yet she lost.

The reasons for this have been raked over so voraciously since last November that there is nothing new left to say.

But that hasn't stopped Hillary saying it all over again, for page after page, chapter after chapter, moan after moan.

It's not so much a book as an elongated case for the defense of abject failure, presented by a lawyer who's just lost a slam-dunk court battle that no good lawyer should ever have lost.

Readers are left in absolutely no doubt who's to blame, and it's most definitely NOT Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Oh no, she's absolutely the last name on the list of culprits for the most humiliating beat-down in US political history.

The list of people and entities that Hillary DOES blame is laughably long and includes Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama, James Comey, Vladimir Putin, Julian Assange and the media.

Also it was the Electoral College's fault. And also Jill Stein, sexism, Matt Lauer, Fox News and Mitch McConnell's fault. And black people's fault, white people's fault, Joe Biden's fault and Anthony Weiner's fault.

Summing things up, Hillary asks herself: 'What makes me such a lightning rod for fury? I'm at a loss.'

Hmmm, where do we start?

The truth is that everyone knows exactly what happened.

Hillary ran a diabolically elitist and blinkered campaign that basically boiled down to this mantra: 'Trump's disgusting, his supporters are a basket of deplorable idiots, I'm a brilliant woman, my husband used to be President, and I have lots of rich, famous friends – so vote for me.'

As sales pitches go, this was right up there with Pepsi trying to convince us Kendall Jenner could end all America's racial tensions by handing out cola to cops at protest marches.

America didn't vote for Hillary because they didn't like what she represents and rejected her vague, unimaginative vision for the country.

Hillary is doing herself no favors with this prolonged, agonizing Loser tour, and also doing huge damage to Democrats moving forward.

Hillary has become a walking, whining by-word for political disaster and carries with her an overpowering stench of electoral death.

This book is thus utterly pointless.

Nobody wants to hear any more about 'what happened'.

It happened, and we all know why. End.

Now please Hillary, for the love of God, just accept you blew it and shut up, before you take your party down with you.

Yes Riddick, I fear that it will be the lot of American society to be forced to listen to this since, as we all know, the Left LOVES martyrs. And talk shows. And book signings, and emotional support groups so, we're all screwed...... Maybe Oprah will come back and devote a whole network to this. And then there's The View and al its various incarnations. And PBS. The speaking tour is inevitable........

We, here on the outside, can either just walk away, turn-off, tune-out, change the channel and focus on live on other things much more meaningful. But, as Mr. T used to say "Pity the fool............!!!!!!"
