Why Bernie Sanders' Communist Misadventures Still Matter
Bernie Sanders has spent his entire career explaining away the inevitable downsides of massively increasing the power of the state over the individual.

After admiring the economic achievements of Cuba under Fidel Castro, of Nicaragua under the Sandinistas, and of the USSR right up to the fall of the Berlin Wall, Bernie now claims he no longer favors government takeover of "the major means of production." Yet his four-decade quest for political revolution continues.

Utter crap! The common good always works better than "what's mine is mine and what's yours is mine" capitalistic philosophy.

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if these "Dogs of War" ever catches the car? I certainly have. To live in a world of perpetual war, corruption, fighting each other over the carcasses of their dead followers.
It doesn't sound too appealing to me, but, yet it does to many. I suppose it could be what you think you "deserve it" and I would have to agree with you.

Sure doesn't mean that , that has anything to do with me or the rest of us , who still can reason "Right from Wrong. Our "Golden Age" will remain in tact. No matter, the outcome. :D

Sanders Apologizes to Biden for Bringing Up Biden's Corruption Problem

Are you starting to wonder if Bernie Sanders actually wants to be president?

Sure, he wants it in an abstract way, and he knows how to give a fiery speech. Sanders is a socialist, after all, and if socialism has a motto it must be: "Power corrupts. Absolute power is where things get really interesting." But it would be fair if today you're wondering if Sanders really has the fire in the belly to plan and execute a winning campaign.

And what might a winning campaign look like? Most anything but the one he's running, if recent events are anything to go by.

ASIDE: Don't read too much into my analysis of the Sanders campaign. I'm a hard-right libertarian-conservative, and I'd rather chew off my own forehead than suffer a President Sanders -- or any of these Democrats.

Before we get to those, we need to back up a bit and talk about Joe Biden's campaign. Back in October, I wrote that "I keep expecting Biden to flame out any week now, but he keeps hanging on in poll after poll. And if his South Carolina firewall holds, there's probably a better-than-even chance that he becomes the nominee."

Sweet, cuddly, Uncle Bern, knows how to hire them ! And he is going to keep them. "Destruction" is the name of the game.

ANOTHER Sanders Staffer Calls for Violent Revolution: 'Guillotine the Rich,' Throw Republicans in Gulags

James O'Keefe has dropped another hidden camera video that caught another Bernie Sanders campaign staffer advocating for violence, destroying the American system of government, assassinating the rich, and putting Republicans in gulags. Martin Weissgerber is a paid field organizer for the Bernie campaign. He is the second field organizer that O'Keefe has exposed as a communist moron who wants to kill Americans and destroy capitalism and our Republic.
Weissgerber begins his conversation in the video saying, "I'm a communist. I'm ready to start tearing bricks up and start fighting." This destroys the excuse that Bernie fans were making after the first video dropped that Kyle Jurek was just a lone weirdo who thought gulags were great. Turns out Weissgerber does too, and he wants to put you in one or cut off your head. "I'm ready for the f***ing revolution, bro. Guillotine the rich."

I forgot that you are collecting SOCIAL Security. Obviously you have no choice or you might suffer huge hardship right Doka? But what the hell, Gov money is OK for you when you need it. But if other people need to live off the Gov tit due to hardship, well then it's SOCIALISM and we can't have that...unless your name is Doka.

Income derived from Social Security is currently estimated to have reduced the poverty rate for Americans age 65 or older from about 40% to below 10%

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_Se ... ed_States)

As a senior you also receive free healthcare right? Just think how nice it would have been to have had that all of your life like I have. As both of these "handouts" rely on tax payer contributions, I would say this is SOCIALISM wouldn't you? What good is the government if not to lighten the burden for the people and make lives more comfortable. Americans pay a helluva lot more a month for healthcare than they would by using a yearly tax contribution.

At one time, not long ago, we had the best of "Socialized Medicine" for the old and the poor. "Obamie Care" took care of that. Turned our physicians into glorified paper pushers, and limited treatment, mainly "pill pushing" depending on your age and circumstance. Science is no longer interested, in developing cures for anything. But, End of Life, they are very helpfull, even if you are ready or not. I can be in to see the Dr. In a half an hour for all the good it will do.

The poor here do not pay a nickle for their health care through "Medicade" . I buy supplement Insurance as my income is $1.98 over Medicade limits. Fine with me, I am happy to pay my fair share. Unlike you who bounced out of the womb , demanding that All your needs and wants be paid for, by someone else, the government, only leads to more discontent, and I won't and don't live my life that way, I am greatful for what I have. And would like to have the Freedom to keep it. My happiness does not depend on others, that NEVER works out.

No comment on Social Security? Figures.

Your happiness doesn't depend on others. That is such a tired, phony old crock of BS that all right wingers espouse. Heard it a million times. Boring!!!

Enjoy your free senior's health insurance now as IQ45 is looking at killing it at the end of this year. The same guy who said, during his campaign, that he would not cut entitlements. Just another of his thousands of lies. You better hope they throw his fat ass out because when we get older we need the health system more, and more.

Besides a supplement payment you have a Medicare monthly premium to kick in, correct? Plus, folks on both SS & Medicare need to have had 'skin in the game' in some form & fashion at some point - SS pays out based on what's been paid in -

Thing is, before too long the personal stakes coming in won't cover what's going out in either program - Both parties have been shamefully remiss in addressing their looming insolvencies. Will it become a 2020 issue: Maybe, maybe not...?

The Dems have a full plate of college debt forgiveness, free college for all, free healthcare for all including illegal aliens, reparations, and even universal basic WEALTH. Yeah, like bringing up the SS/Medicare shortfall's gonna help sell all that

'YET, it could be another cudgel to beat Trump & the Republicans over the head & shoulders with, claiming eliminating SS & Medicare entirely is what the GOP is REALLY all about - Even as Dems can't or won't say how they'd fix the problem!! -

'Course, spelling it out isn't necessary when you know what's at the root of it all, is capitalism is irredeemable & can't be fixed. If you can't fix it OR control it the best thing is to destroy it - Once that's accomplished all our woes will be gone in a jiffy.

Huh?? Never?! How can you say that with a straight face, Doka? Obviously, you've been grossly misled & misinformed. Not only will what today's Dems have planned work out it'll save the planet & produce a utopian society beyond anyone's wildest dreams - Hey, What else is the government good for, right? -

The greatest advance of civilization since invention of the wheel, Democratic Socialism is the answer to everything and The Best Thing Ever. You better believe it!

Democratic Socialism "Kool-aid" It Cures All Ails

Post by Riddick » 01-24-2020 01:35 PM

A gov't healthcare patient consultation in a possible not too distant future
___

Kool-aid? Can you tell me what's in it? Any downsides, side-effects?

Drink up! It's good for you and it's free. Don't ask questions.

Are you a doctor?

What difference does it make? Shut up & take your medicine

But I haven't even said why I'm here. I just got a notice in the mail

Your problem is you don't trust government. We can fix that

What if I don't want to be "fixed"?

No problem. You don't drink the Kool-aid, you go to a gulag.

Whaaa? I didn't feel terribly bad off but now I'm really depressed.

Ah, NOW we're getting somewhere. Do you have any money?

So what if I do? How is that a problem?

Smartass. How much money you can have is for us to decide. Also how & where you live. We have a planet to save y'know. Now hold still. We need exact dimensions for the box.

What now? The mail I got didn't say anything about a box

It'll be your new living space. If you own a home don't worry, the government will soon be confiscating all private property.

OMG - I can't believe this is happening! IT'S AN ORWELLIAN NIGHTMARE!

Like it or don't like it, it's the best thing going today fella so learn to love it 'cuz not only has Totalitarian Statism arrived? It's here to stay. WOOO!

All true. Medicare just went to $142.00 withheld from SS checks, monthly. But you never see it. You just work from the Net Amount. I just don't really have a problem with that. I have always "adjusted" my budget to what I have, I save myself a lot of "angst" with that one. Budgeting and living with-in my means, Is my problem. Do you know I would say most, especially in this day and age, Do not know the difference between "Needs and Wants". It is a Tremendous PERSONAL Problem for the many. And they just can't seem to figure out what is causing their misery, probably Trump.

You live long enough, you end up in somebody elses pocket, unless, somebody else croaks early, that was getting the same as you. There is always an unseen, Law of Averages, working on this mudd ball, Karma, if you will. When you have your head stuck up your #!*s it's difficult to see the magic of our existance.

The world is currently full of very young tormented souls, who specialize in tempertantrums. It will change, more than likely for a high price, for myself, ...........I am ready for it. :?
