Our natural sand filtered drinking water was once procured from our remote fire station.
After the coal hauling was done safely I was filling our big blue bottles at 4:30 AM. Later on I flipped on the bathroom light. And wow! A non poisoness 4-5' long Eastern Black Rat snake in the loo came up into a reverse spin and back down it went!
A few days later I made it a ramp to rescue itself. It worked fine.
That harmless black snake had a sad end to it's self rescue that I prefer not to tell.
Now get this! This is getting more in the news because there are more and more ⬇⬆
