01-02 Jan 03 ORR Thread

*note: we had a thread melt down at page 10, and the cgi script began to overwrite the files brginning at page 1. Most of the thread is here, although the navigation is choppy and there are redundencies. Also, portions of page 2 seem to have been lost in cyber space.
