Fainting or fading maybe? Hmm!

Recently on Coast with George Noory, Dr. Sky mentioned a bright celestial star getting brighter, but I don't remember it's name. :confused:

Ref: Post number 1 is so wild to view! Besides the cool rainbow colors a multi colored oil sheen on the top of water comes to mind. :shock:

Mammatus clouds are a rare sight too! Back in January of 2006 seeing that formation was a first for me! 8)

Mammatus should actually be spelled mommatus! :wink: But vaudeville singer Al Joelson might have had some influence singing "Mammy! Mammy!" on radio and film! :lol:

Doka, we wonder how all the cloud names missed having the last name of the discoverer!

:oops: Heck, if I found a new unnamed formation during ancient civilization times it would have had my last name; white! :lol: :lol:
