I took some time and did that test and got the following:
Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -1.00
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -1.95
Those tests are misleading though. I.E., I am firm on my opinion that a woman's right too choose should come BEFORE conception, not afterwards (DOH! what a novel idea, huh?). This means "I" think killing a human 6 months before it comes out of the womb is just a horrible as killing them if they were 12 years old. Personally, I'm against killing at any stage of development, HOWEVER, never would I think to interfere with anyone's right to disagree with that. It's no skin off my back if those who disagree with that want to terminate THEIR KIND at any age. So, my answer to such a question like that only reflects my opinion, but not what the world would be like if I were in charge - ha.

Interesting test.
A little odd though.
Second question on page 4 asks this:
A significant advantage of a one-party state is that it avoids all the arguments that delay progress in a democratic political system.
That is a true statement, so how can you agree or disagree?
Maybe if they worded it differently like, Would you rather live under a one party state so policy gets done quicker. , then you could agree or disagree.
Then the question about Astrology....what does that have to do as to where I am politically?
Anyways, it was interesting.
Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: 0.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.82

You're welcome.Divinorumus wrote: oh hey, is that me floating within that circle of safety there - ha? Thanks for all your work Iris and the add. It is interesting to see where everyone is floating about. What's in the middle there I wonder? Is there where we should be swimming for? I hope?
I suppose it depends on what you're trying to counter-balance.
