Can God and Modern Science Co-exist?

Can science prove or disprove the existence of a higher being?
Religious questions stand outside the scope of science.Miller: No, it can’t. The existence of a supreme being simply is not a scientific question. A supreme being stands outside of nature. Science is a naturalistic process and can only answer questions about what is inside nature. Beyond that it’s a matter of personal belief.
IMHO, that kinda says it all. That's not to state unequivocally that science has all the answers, because we know that they don't. And, even brilliant theoretical scientists have come forth stating that "there has to be something" that created everything before the big bang.

NOTHING REALLY MAKES ANY SENSE IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT!!
We did not come close to answering it, but we learned some stuff.
The heartbreaking necessity of lying about reality and the heartbreaking impossibility of lying about it.

Science, by it's very nature and methods, demands measureable, reproducible tests with definite results.
A belief in God, or whatever one chooses to belief in, requires only faith.
If one believes in a higher being (however one perceives that being), then one invariably runs-up against the inspired truth that this being has been around a heck of a lot longer than mankind and therefore, by virtue of this fact, knows a heck of a lot more than mankind does. Therefore, it is not only presumptuous, but also arrogant for mankind to presume that they, somehow, know more (or "know better) than the divinity does.
