poop

Post by feetsie » 01-09-2010 02:44 PM

So my neighbors let their dogs loose and I'm supposed to be the ones to buy the fence?

Tried talking to them,
The pound is on a reduced budget.

Good fences make good neighbors.

Geeee I would like to say compost, but I don’t think you have ALL the right components.:D

Yeah, agreed, some people really suck.

But really, a fence is your best bet. And like I said on the other thread, if your property is open like that, you are gonna have other critters (like rabbits) besides dogs you'll want to keep out of your garden, so you'd probably need to fence it anyhow. It's just part of having a garden for most folks.

feetsie -- fencing your garden - is not quite the same as fencing the entire yard.

Although from the sounds of it -- the nuisance dog will still poop and piss in your yard, but at least you can keep it out of your garden area.

i assume you DO have other neighbors besides the new one with the problem dog. Get a hold of them too - get together and go to the neighbor and say - LEASH the dog. yes the pounds are hurting financially - but if enough people call and complain about ONE neighbor whose dog is roaming freely and causing problems - they WILL do something about it.

best of luck with the dog situation.
