Fainting or fading maybe? Hmm!

Recently on Coast with George Noory, Dr. Sky mentioned a bright celestial star getting brighter, but I don't remember it's name.

Ref: Post number 1 is so wild to view! Besides the cool rainbow colors a multi colored oil sheen on the top of water comes to mind.

Mammatus clouds are a rare sight too! Back in January of 2006 seeing that formation was a first for me!

Mammatus should actually be spelled mommatus! But vaudeville singer Al Joelson might have had some influence singing "Mammy! Mammy!" on radio and film!

Doka, we wonder how all the cloud names missed having the last name of the discoverer!

Heck, if I found a new unnamed formation during ancient civilization times it would have had my last name; white!
