Entertainer & mentalist George Kresge Jr, better known as "The Amazing Kreskin," has died just a few weeks short of his ninetieth birthday. A frequent guest on a wide range of of talk shows. Kreskin made predictions yet did not claim to have paranormal or clairvoyant powers.
Although a talk show regular, one host wasn’t amused by a stunt in 2002 when Kreskin "predicted" the largest UFO sighting in a century... He repeated this on the Art Bell show and backed it up with a $50,000 donation to charity if he was wrong. He narrowed it down to Thursday 6/6. That evening nothing happened and he subsequently went into damage control mode.
