Joe Biden Falling Down Matters

Post by Riddick » 06-07-2023 12:32 AM

Staring blankly at Air Force Academy graduates as they came up to receive their diploma, looking as though he was overcome by a random though, the forty-sixth president pivoted and went to jog to the other side of the stage, and before he could reach his destination, he was down on the floor.

More troublingly, Biden couldn’t stand up again. He needed the help of two Secret Service agents and an Air Force officer. America’s great-grandfather had fallen. He was spastically trying to stand.

So blinded by partisanship, half the country is denying the severity of the event while admonishing (and trying to cancel) anyone who dares to even bring up the president’s recent fall in Colorado. But it is something that needs to be brought up.

Biden is literally weak. He's mentally diminished, too. And it’s pathetic. It’s all downhill from this point. It’s not like he’ll get better as the years progress. There are already disturbing reports his schedule is tightly controlled and designed to insulate him from too heavy of a workload.

After obtaining a copy of the presidential daily schedule, the NY Post determined Biden's average workweek is only about 30 hours! Think of that. Crises occur all hours of the day. Presidents need to constantly be on their game and go years sacrificing sound sleep for crisis management—and then still be able to fulfill a tightly packed daily schedule.

Are things less dangerous today than they were four years ago? Certainly not, despite what the president’s handlers would have you believe. A diverse, rich nation, with more than 320 million people and Biden is the best we could do to lead us?

The rest of the world doesn’t feel sympathy as they watch Biden collapse—again—in public and his security detail rush to “protect his dignity” as the camera rolls. Far from it.

The rest of the world, friends and enemies alike, see opportunity every time the forty-sixth president falls going up the stairs of Air Force One, or crashing to the ground while sitting on his unmoving bike, at an intersection in Rehoboth Beach, Del., or getting into a fight with a perfectly flat stage at the Air Force Academy graduation and losing that fight bigly.

The world’s leaders think that this is a time in their relationship with America when the United States is so poorly led that they will be able to extract extraordinary concessions from the West—at unbelievably bargain rates.

The stunning and continuing embarrassment that are the Joe Biden presidential displays embolden enemies everywhere; all are making calculations designed for maximum humiliation of a United States that Joe Biden continues humiliating just by being in the Oval Office.

And if these harrowing public displays of Biden’s clearly declining health are any indication that the man cannot continue as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, do not feel heartened.

Because riding behind Biden—as the Sancho Panza to Biden’s Don Quixote—is none other than Vice-President Kamala Harris whose approval ratings are in the toilet and who, as vice-president, has not one policy victory under her pantsuit belt.

Former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley is completely correct when she warns audiences that a vote for President Joe Biden in 2024 is, in fact, a vote for President Kamala Harris—and isn’t that scary.

Her brain may technically work normally, and she may be younger than Biden, but her mind and competence are as degenerative as Biden’s mental acuity and physical stamina are.

At least Joe Biden has an excuse for when things go bad: he’s ancient (like Théoden in Lord of the Rings when the Wormtongue was manipulating his reign). What’s Kamala Harris’ excuse?

These reasons alone are why Americans should abandon the Democratic Party in 2024. They are not ready for showtime. 2024 is the Republicans’ election to lose. America must project strength abroad; it must reassure its people at home.

No more slip-n-slide presidencies. No more presidents who spew verbal diarrhea. We need presidents who can stand strong and speak well and engender the respect of our allies and the fear of our enemies.
